Delta venturi steam traps are unlike conventional mechanical steam traps which are consumables and need constant replacement. Delta venturi steam traps are long-term solutions to steam trapping problems.

Delta venturi steam traps have no internal moving parts that can fail and break and do not need to be repaired or require spare parts. Delta venturi steam traps use the downstream flash steam to self-regulate the upstream condensate flow and allows condensate to pass while keeping the steam in the system.

Model DSV-FWN DN15 – DN50 Flanged Version

The Delta model DSV-FWN venturi steam trap is designed for multipurpose applications from line drainage and trace heating, through to small to medium heat exchanger applications. The steam trap has a primary and secondary integrated strainer and a removable venturi insert. The body of the trap does not have to be removed from the line for maintenance purposes. Access to the insert and both primary and secondary strainers is via the top and bottom caps. The trap has no moving parts and is guaranteed for 20 years, delivering permanent solutions for all steam trapping applications.

Model DSV DN15 – DN25 Threaded or Socket Weld Version

The DSV model venturi steam trap is designed for multipurpose applications from line drainage, trace heating, through to medium heat exchanger applications.
The steam trap has a primary and secondary integrated strainer and a removable venturi insert. The body of the trap does not have to be removed from the line for maintenance purposes. Access to the insert and both primary and secondary strainers is via the top and bottom caps.
